EACH "ground only" TRIP INCLUDES:

10 days in Roseto Valfortore or Alberona, Puglia, Italy
Lodging (B&B or house)
Welcome dinner
4-5 Cooking lessons with Dorina, Chef Giuseppe& Mamma's from town
A walking tour of town- (these villages that date back to before 900 A.D.!) that explores the culture, history and traditions of the town
Day trip to Lucera to tour a Roman Amphitheater, dating to Augustus' times, and more
On Market Day of your trip shop for food, shoes, clothing, souvenirs etc. in town at the Mercato (the street market)
Visit a local winery for a tour, tasting and lunch!
All transportation- to and from the Naples Airport and everything in between.
Basically ... everything is included except for one meal a day... and not even always --(sometimes an extra meal is still included!)

SUMMER TRIP ALSO INCLUDES:

Summer cooking classes include a lot of the seasonal vegetables such as zucchini, tomatoes and eggplant as well as fresh herbs.
Day trip to the Adriatic Sea – spend the day at the beach on the Gargano (the beautiful coastline on the spur of the boot)
