We can’t be creative when we are exhausted or overwhelmed. A retreat might recharge your batteries, but a writing workshop can reignite your creativity.

Writing Coach and Book Editor Donna Knutson will lead a group of 12 writers through workshops and classes designed to highlight what’s working in your writing and what you can improve. With one-on-one coaching and the support of your fellow writers, this experience is designed to help you reach your writing goals.

Get away from the stress. Get help from your peers and experts. Reinvigorate your creativity through the magic of Italy.

The Writers Workshop in Italy is for you IF:

* …your creativity is in a rut, and you’d like to make progress on a big writing project.

* …you finished a “Write your Book in 6 months course”, but your book isn’t done.

* …you’ve started a book but were derailed or distracted, and now you’ve lost your spark.

* …you are stuck. Rule number one to get unstuck is—change something.

* …you’re doubting yourself. Fellow writers give you feedback on what works and what doesn’t work, so you can make the necessary changes.

* …you want to surround yourself with writers with similar goals, and struggles, and get fresh ideas on how to complete your book.

* …you want to be refreshed and inspired by the wonderful people, places, and food of Italy.

MEANWHILE, Dorina will infuse your trip with a little Italian culture.  Take a cooking class, tour our ancient little town to find the inspirational spots that you will want to return to on your own time to think, dream and write.

And of course a few other authentic Italian excursions to make a trip to Italy to write... an invigorating and yet relaxing experience that will charge your writing batteries and the ones you put into the rest of your life too!

Donna Knutson--BIO

Donna Knutson is the owner and founder of Write Journeys LLC. She is a Writing Coach and Book Editor committed to helping her clients create their best manuscripts and to prepare them for publication.

A working writer for her entire career, Donna wrote and produced television news, taught high school students to write, produce, and anchor their own TV news show, taught college composition courses, and celebrated with her authors as they published their books!

Donna is a graduate of Brown University (B.A.) English, and Towson University (M.S.) Professional Writing.

She lives in Catonsville, Maryland with her husband and daughter.
