Together, we might make fresh handmade pasta, rustic sauces, seasonal vegetables, traditional breads, meats, sweets and the simple, beautiful dishes that still appear on family tables throughout our area.

We sit down and eat.

We believe the best way to understand our food is to meet the people who produce it.
Depending on the season and availability, we can also arrange experiences and tastings with local farmers, artisans and producers — including extra virgin olive oil, artisan honey, truffles and truffle specialties, cheeses, traditional sweets and other products of the Monti Dauni.
Taste them where they're produced. Meet the people behind them. Hear their stories and learn why these foods have been part of our culture for generations.
We cook with simple, wholesome ingredients — organic whenever possible — with a strong emphasis on local, seasonal and “0 KM” products grown and produced right here in our area.
