Join me, Chef Giuseppe or one of our wonderful town Mammas or Nonnas for an authentic hands-on culinary experience rooted in tradition, connection, and the true spirit of Italian hospitality. These are not touristy demonstrations — they are real cooking experiences shared around the table, just as we live them here every day.
Together we prepare traditional dishes from our region of Puglia and the Monti Dauni, along with some of the beloved recipes from my own family kitchen. Fresh handmade pasta, rustic sauces, seasonal vegetables, breads, meats, desserts, and slow, beautiful meals made with love are all part of the experience. Vegetarian menus are also available upon request.
We cook using natural, wholesome ingredients — organic whenever possible — with a strong focus on local farm-to-table and “0 KM” products sourced right here from our area.
