Italy Trip Information - Fall 2023

Lodging within the city of Roseto

4-5 Cooking lessons with Dorina & Chef Giuseppe
A walking tour of Roseto, a village that dates back to 900 A.D., that explores the culture, history and traditions of the town
Day trip to Lucera to tour a Roman Amphitheater, dating to Augustus' times, the Cathedral and more
On Saturday of your trip shop for food, shoes, clothing, souvenirs etc. in town at the Mercato (the street market)
All transportation- to and from the Naples Airport and everything in between.
Basically ... everything is included except for one meal a day... and not even always --(sometimes an extra meal is still included!)

FALL TRIP INCLUDES:

Fall cooking classes include a lot of the seasonal vegetables such as olive oil, figs, fresh herbs.
Feast of the Madonna Della Consolazione - So you will see a traditional village feast and festivities…and the craziest fireworks you’ve ever seen… right in the middle of the piazza!!!
Take a ride out to the Gargano (the spur of the boot of Italy) to the Cathedral in San Giovanni Rotondo where Saint Pio served and is buried and visit Monte Sant' Angelo and the sanctuary in a cave where St. Michael the ArchAngel appeared. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
