Where do you hold classes?
I hold them in your home or other kitchens in the local area.
(but FYI-- I'm working on having my own Italian home cooking school location in Howard County, MD very soon! )
How long are classes?
They are usually 2-3 hours depending on the class menu and how chatty you all are!
Are classes private or group?
Both! I am here to work with you in the way you learn best!
And what's the deal with these classes in Italy?
My village of Roseto Valfortore in the Puglia region (heel region) is a wonderfully kept secret. It is famous for the "Roseto Effect: (which you will now promptly google... and in my opinion one of the most beautiful places in the world. ) It is here that I have enjoyed bringing people to visit and now to learn to cook the foods of the village and the region of Puglia! ---Tuscany does NOT have all the SUN!
